With Six Days Left to Vote, Jeff Flake Urges Arizonans to Cast Their Ballots for Joe Biden
Former Senator Calls on Republicans to Put Country Over Party in New Digital Ads Targeting Arizonans
In new GOTV ads released today by Biden for President, former Senator Jeff Flake urges Arizona Republicans to follow him in putting country over party, and cast their votes for Joe Biden. The videos will run on digital platforms like YouTube, Hulu, and Roku in Arizona.
“I’ve never before voted for a Democrat for president. But this year, principle and conscience require me to do just that. I’m voting for Joe Biden,” Senator Flake says. “Character, moral leadership, and integrity are values that we cannot put aside when we cast our vote for president. If we hold onto these values, our country will be better for it.”
Senator Flake endorsed the Biden-Harris ticket back in August, and is part of the campaign’s historic coalition of Arizona Republicans for Biden — along with Cindy McCain, former Congressman Jim Kolbe, former Arizona Attorney General Grant Woods, more than two dozen former Republican Members of Congress, over a hundred former staffers of the late Senator John McCain, and dozens of local community and business leaders.
“When you fill out your own ballot, ask yourself: who will best restore decency and civility to the White House? Who can I be proud to tell my children and grandchildren I voted for?” Flake adds.
With six days left until the most important election in our nation’s history, Biden for President is urging all Arizonans to vote early, and take part in the historic movement that could cement Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ path to victory next week. To join in, Arizonans should:
- Make their early voting plan today at iwillvote.com/az or voyavotar.com/az;
- Vote early in-person until Friday, October 30;
- Remember that they can drop off their mail ballot every single day between now and November 3.
The deadline to register to vote in Arizona is October 15 and the last day to request a mail-in ballot is October 23. You can vote early in the state October 7 through election day November 3. Make a safe and secure plan to vote early by visiting IWillVote.com or VoyAvotar.com.
